These conditions govern the sale of livestock, nursery plants, fruit and equipment offered on the AGRUDEN website.

Prices are shown in Congolese francs (FCFA), all taxes included. Transport fees are not included: they are calculated on demand according to the actual distance and communicated to the customer by phone or WhatsApp within 2 hours.

Orders are placed without creating an account. The customer provides their name, their neighbourhood in Brazzaville and their Airtel or MTN number. AGRUDEN then calls the customer to confirm availability, the transport fee and the delivery date.

Goods are paid by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), by transfer or in cash on delivery. Transport fees are paid by Mobile Money before the driver leaves.

Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours depending on availability and farm location. If the cart comes from two different farms, items may arrive separately to guarantee freshness.

Every animal ships with its health record and a veterinary check carried out in the 24 hours before departure. Plants benefit from a 30-day establishment guarantee provided the supplied planting protocol has been followed.

As live animals and fresh produce are perishable goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, in the event of a health problem noted at delivery, the animal is replaced within 7 days.

These conditions are governed by Congolese law.
